For Rebecca

I got an email today from a Rebecca who said:

Hi,

I thought I would mention that it looks like the word “Scarry” is spelled incorrectly on your website. I’ve seen some tools to help with problems like this such as SpellAlert.com or WebsiteChecker.com. I just thought you should know!”

I tried to respond but her email came back as unavailable.

“Scarry is the last name of an author.  His name is Richard Scarry.

Thanks for contacting me!

  1. Interestingly, I got an identical email from a “Kelly Davis” who used an email that bounced.

    She said “Hi There,

Just a heads-up that I believe the word “Scarry” is spelled wrong on your website. I had a couple of errors on my site before I started using a service to monitor for them. There are a few sites that do this but we like SpellingReport.com and ErrorSearch.com.

    -Kelly”

I said “It’s an author’s name and is correct. Richard Scarry. One of his books: https://amzn.to/3GTAQM4

I’m not sure what the deal is here. It’s not like I could email them and they try to sell me something. Maybe I go to one of the sites s/he/they mentioned and get some $$ that way?
